It was great! I had to play all sorts of computer games. The only problem was that I couldn’t always read the text properly with my dyslexia, so sometimes I had to guess. I hope I guessed right!🤞

As you can see, there are many reasons why algorithms can exclude people behind the scenes. In the case of Salma and Richard, this happened without anyone being aware of the exclusion, including the recruiter. The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights investigates and can provide rulings in individual discrimination cases, including digital job applications.
